Refloat is operated by Refloat Private Limited, India. By creating an account and using Refloat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Refloat is a set of marketing and business tools for small businesses in India. Depending on which parts you choose to use, Refloat can: measure your online presence and produce a business health score from your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your competitors; draft social media posts, captions and images; publish posts you have approved to social accounts you have connected, including Instagram; draft and publish replies to your Google reviews; collect review requests from your customers; build and host a simple website for your business; send and reply to customer messages on your connected WhatsApp Business number; create and run advertising campaigns using your Facebook Page as the identity; and build a loyalty and sales record for your business. Not every feature is available to every account, and features change over time. Nothing in this section is a promise that a particular feature will be available to you.
You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by anyone you give access to. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to operate and represent the business you register.
Some features require you to connect an account you control on another platform, such as Instagram, a Facebook Page, WhatsApp Business or your Google Business Profile. Connecting is always your choice and always initiated by you. When you connect an account, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to act for its owner, and you authorise Refloat to act on that account on your behalf, but only in the ways described at the point of connection and only within the permissions you granted. For Instagram, that means publishing posts you have approved. For a Facebook Page, that means running advertising using your Page as the identity, creating the ad posts those ads need, and reading the resulting performance figures. For WhatsApp, that means sending and receiving messages on your number. You can withdraw this authorisation at any time by disconnecting the account in Refloat, or by removing Refloat from the platform's own settings. We stop acting on that account immediately and delete the stored credentials. What we store for each connection is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Refloat drafts content. You approve it. Nothing is published, posted or sent to anyone until you have approved that specific item, either individually or by approving a plan that lists it. Once you approve content, you are its publisher. You are responsible for making sure it is accurate, that any offer in it is one you will honour, and that it complies with the law and with the rules of the platform it goes to. Refloat is not the author or publisher of your content.
You retain ownership of all business, sales and customer data you upload or that passes through Refloat. You grant Refloat a limited licence to process it solely to provide the features you are using. Where that data concerns your customers, you confirm you have the right to share it with us and to instruct us to use it as described in our Privacy Policy, including any consent required for sending them messages.
Where Refloat runs advertising for you, campaigns may be funded from a prepaid balance you top up in advance. Approving a campaign reserves the budgeted amount; unspent budget is returned to your balance after the campaign ends and the platform has reported final spend. Advertising platforms decide whether to run and how to deliver an ad. We cannot guarantee delivery, reach, results or that a particular ad will be approved. Amounts actually spent on advertising are not refundable by us.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, upload false or misleading data, publish content you do not have the rights to, send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Health scores, insights, drafts and images are generated by AI models from the data available to us. They may be incomplete or wrong, and they do not constitute financial, legal or professional advice. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. Always apply your own judgement before acting on a recommendation or approving content.
When you use a feature that involves another platform, that platform's own terms and policies also apply to you, including the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram's terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Google's terms. If a platform suspends or restricts your account or ours, the affected feature may stop working. We are not responsible for a platform's decisions about your account.
Refloat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, from content you approved, or from reliance on generated insights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing support@refloat.in. Deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email, and the date at the top of this page will change.
